Qualifications

• 3+ years prior experience in rental property leasing.
• Willingness to obtain Fair Housing Certification prior to interacting with prospective residents.
• Must be professional in appearance and demeanor; adhere to the company's dress code.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Computer friendly (RHM software used; Word, Outlook, Yardi, Yardi Popcard).
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
• Must embody RHM’s core values: Teamwork, Will to Win, Loyal and Be a Good Person.

Responsibilities

• Show properties to prospective residents and complete application paperwork.
• Assist the Property Manager in duties and thrive in a team-driven environment.
• Oversee resident social platforms and on-site activities; report to Property/Regional Manager.
• Oversee renewal process and ensure renewals and spreadsheets are up to date.
• Ensure renewal paperwork is completed and signed by all parties.
• Promote retention through positive resident relationships and service.
• Manage resident files, inspections, communications, and related admin tasks.
• Conduct neighborhood marketing and outreach activities; distribute materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
