Job summary

Greystar in Portland, OR is looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to drive revenue and occupancy through targeted marketing, proactive leasing, and effective on-site leadership. You will oversee the on-site leasing team, manage traffic, close leases, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-family leasing experience (luxury high-rise preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and handle legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site leasing team and sales activities.
• Direct marketing, advertising, and leasing operations to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Generate and monitor traffic, lease apartments, prepare lease docs, and complete move-in procedures.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify leasing issues.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns promptly.
