Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Leasing Manager to drive leasing performance, oversee marketing and sales activities, and lead a on-site team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

The role involves developing marketing strategies, coordinating with maintenance, and managing lease renewals, with a focus on delivering excellent resident experiences. An hourly wage of $20.00–$22.00 is offered, plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and implement pricing, concessions, and incentives.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies and use property management software to generate reports.
• Ensure the physical aspects of the community meet standards and enhance salability through merchandising.
• Lead leasing processes: traffic generation, leasing, qualification, and move-in procedures.
• Review financial reports and other operations data to identify issues and present strategies to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewals, manage communications, and assist with move-outs as needed.
• Supervise leasing team: hiring, training, and performance management.
