Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for Alta ART Tower, a 314-unit high-rise offering modern one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. You will lead the on-site leasing team, drive occupancy, and coordinate marketing, leasing, and resident relations to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum multi-family leasing experience; luxury high-rise preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage on-site leasing teams
• Professionalism in appearance and conduct

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue goals
• Oversee the on-site leasing team and daily leasing activities
• Generate and monitor traffic; prepare lease documentation and move-ins
• Review financial and operational reports to resolve leasing issues
• Respond promptly to resident and ownership inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with teams to ensure exceptional customer service
