Two Coast Living is seeking an hourly Leasing Manager in Birmingham, AL to lead a small leasing team and drive weekly leasing goals. You will greet and tour market-ready apartments, process applications and fees, and support residents through move-in with a smooth, guest-friendly process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales instincts, and supervisory skills, delivering a positive, stress-free rental experience for current and future residents.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of residential property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales plus a minimum of 1 year of experience supervising others.
• Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales required.
• Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes.

Mansioni

• Supervise a small leasing team to meet weekly leasing goals by setting tactics and objectives to drive traffic.
• Lead by example, assisting potential residents through the entire apartment rental process including greeting and touring market-ready apartments, processing applications and fees, and supporting move-in dates.
• Build rapport and trust with prospective residents as they select their next home, and apply these skills to renewals with current residents.
