Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Tour apartments with enthusiasm and provide engaging tours.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents to foster a welcoming community.
• Collaborate with team to meet leasing goals while maintaining top‑notch customer service.
• Assist with renewal of leases and follow‑up with prospects as needed.
