Job summary

Edge 1909 is seeking an on-site Leasing Manager to lead daily leasing operations at our Birmingham property. You will greet prospects, tour available apartments, and guide applicants through the rental process to a positive move-in experience.

You will supervise a small leasing team, drive weekly leasing goals, and balance leasing duties with your supervisory responsibilities. High school diploma required; 2+ years of property management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of leasing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of residential property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales; at least 1 year supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small leasing team to meet weekly leasing goals by setting tactics and objectives.
• Lead by example by assisting potential residents through the rental process (greeting, tours, applications, fees, move-in support).
• Build rapport with residents and prospective renters to drive renewals and new lease conversions.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled.
