Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking an hourly Leasing Manager in Virginia Beach to lead daily leasing activities, greet and tour apartments, and guide applicants through the rental process. You will supervise a small team, set tactics to hit weekly goals, and handle move-ins with a customer-first approach.

The role requires at least 2 years in residential property management with leasing or sales, plus 1 year in supervising others. A high school diploma is required; a degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of residential property management experience with leasing or sales.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising others.
• Sales orientation with ability to close deals and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small leasing team to meet weekly objectives and drive traffic.
• Greet and tour market-ready apartments; answer questions and process applications and fees.
• Support residents through move-in and provide a hassle-free rental experience.
• Assist in renewals and maintaining positive relationships with current residents.
