Responsibilities

• Understand property tenant mix, actively manage relationships to maintain occupancy.
• Manage leasing pipeline and renewal negotiations, prepare and execute lease documentation.
• Build knowledge of each property and its market through regular site visits.
• Partner with Regional Asset Manager on new leasing and align on strategies.
• Coordinate construction estimates and support tenant transitions to property management.
