Qualifications

• Experience in residential property leasing or rental operations is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Xpertise with Entrata or similar rental software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of leasing and occupancy goals at the property.
• Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and qualify applicants.
• Process rental applications, leases, move-ins, and renewals accurately.
• Coordinate move-in orientations and maintain leasing records.
• Lead leasing staff and monitor performance and reporting.
