Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years property management experience with at least 1 year at the management level.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Experience with pricing, marketing, and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Directs the leasing team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Hire, train, and motivate leasing staff.
• Lead weekly leasing training and set occupancy targets.
• Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and reporting.
• Review pricing and monitor market competition weekly.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure lease compliance.
