Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years property management experience with at least 1 year at the management level.
• Must be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.

Responsibilities

• Direct, hire, and train the leasing team.
• Supervise staff’s daily activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Prepare annual reviews and set goals for direct reports.
• Gather market information and prepare competitive reports.
• Supervise input of data into property management software.

Skills

Effective oral and written communication skills

Understanding of accounting principles

Basic understanding of marketing concepts

Negotiation skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Property management experience

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
