Shea Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in running an apartment community. You will lead leasing staff, manage data input, prepare reports, and implement marketing strategies in line with company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of accounting and budgeting basics.
• Experience in property management or related fields.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Assist in overseeing leasing staff and daily leasing office operations.
• Coordinate data input and reporting in property management software.
• Prepare and deliver notices and rent-related communications per policy.
• Support budget development and annual reviews for staff.
• Lead staff meetings and assist in recruiting and development activities.
