Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. You will work with the Community Manager to set goals and develop a strategic plan to reach budgeting occupancy.

Lead the leasing team and ensure effective leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations. Responsibilities include strategic leasing management, daily onsite presence, staff coaching, and executing marketing campaigns.

Formación

• On-site software proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge
• OSHA requirements awareness

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leasing Management
• Attend onsite daily as required
• Ensure leasing techniques lead to closures and accurate documentation
• Audit lease files for policy adherence
• Handle resident complaints ensuring satisfaction
• Develop and implement resident retention programs
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents
• Assist in annual marketing plan and budget
• Execute marketing campaigns to generate traffic
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress and provide support
• Supervise leasing and renewal events with Community Manager
• Maintain property knowledge and conduct weekly market surveys
• Use sales/marketing strategies to boost traffic and occupancy
• Coach staff to comply with company directives and training benchmarks
• Promote staff performance and harmony
• Ensure compliance with company policies
