ResProp Management seeks a Leasing Leader to guide a team of leasing consultants in a busy multi-family community in Melbourne, FL. You will drive occupancy, handle tours, close deals, and ensure a seamless move-in experience for residents.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and using property management software to manage leases and finances. Weekend availability is required as part of a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cheerful attitude and focus on customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy – able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate leasing consultants to achieve occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rents, issue charges and statements.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions when needed.
• Assist Property Manager with month-end accounting.
• Guide leasing process from tour to move-in and complete lease documents.
• Highlight property features aligned with prospective residents’ needs.
• Support occupancy and retention through timely follow-up with residents.
