Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a personable Leasing Associate to guide prospects from tour to move-in, close leases, and ensure an outstanding first impression across our Tampa properties. You will market the property online and through outreach, support occupancy goals, and respond promptly to resident needs.

Collaborate with teammates to plan resident events and maintain up-to-date knowledge of competing properties to inform applicants.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, leasing, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and finalize lease documents.
• Understand the property's features to address prospective residents' needs.
• Market the property through online posts, social media, and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention goals by following up with potential and current residents.
• Use problem solving skills and best judgment to handle unpredictable situations as they arise.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors to provide residents with all necessary information.
• Build relationships with residents through courteous and timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files, applications for approval, and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Work with teammates to plan and organize resident events.
• Assist Assistant Manager in collection of delinquent rents.
• Visually inspect/prepare the property daily for cleanliness and touch up as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
