Job summary

ResProp Management in Naples, FL, is seeking a vibrant Leasing Specialist to guide residents from tour to move-in. You will showcase the property's features, market aggressively, and support occupancy and retention goals while handling lease documents and daily property tasks.

You’ll engage residents with friendly service, resolve issues, and coordinate events with the team. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a cheerful attitude and focus on customer service.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn/use property management applications.
• Strong skills in sales, leasing and closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Highlight property features to match resident needs.
• Market the property with online, social media and outreach strategies.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-ups.
• Handle issues with sound judgment and problem-solving.
• Keep accurate knowledge of the property and competitors for informed decisions.
• Build relationships with residents through timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents and related bookkeeping tasks with attention to detail.
• Plan and organize resident events with teammates.
• Assist Assistant Manager with delinquent rent collection.
• Daily visual inspections for cleanliness and curb appeal; maintain workspace.
