Job summary

ResProp Management in Florida is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, close sales, and prepare lease documents while ensuring an excellent move-in experience.

You will market the property online and through outreach, follow up with prospects, build relationships with residents, and support delinquency collections, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to learn property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Complete lease documents and inspect apartments for move-in readiness.
• Market the property via online channels and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with timely follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors to inform prospects.
• Assist with delinquent rents and coordinate resident events.
