ResProp Management in Melbourne, FL, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead on-site teams and drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

You will oversee budgeting, vendor relationships, and owner communications while coaching staff across locations. A college degree is preferred, with a track record of P&L ownership and team coaching. This role requires strong leadership and community-focused service.

Qualifications

• 3 years in multifamily property management.
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents as best in class.
• Be accessible to the needs of the community (nights and weekends if required).
• Be willing to put the team first and assisting at multiple locations when needed.
• Manage client/owner relationships with regular updates and owner requests.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing issues promptly.
• Follow eviction procedures per policy and represent the community in court as needed.
• Participate in daily huddles to align on goals and wins.
• Complete budget strategy and annual operating budget draft with stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and implement short- and long-range marketing and leasing plans.
