Job summary

CLS Living is seeking a energetic and motivated Leasing Manager to be the face of our community, delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and prospects. You’ll drive leasing performance, support team development, and contribute to the overall success of the property.

You will lead by example, manage marketing efforts, ensure brand-aligned materials, and foster a positive resident experience while coordinating events and community-building activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Entrata property management software.
• Familiarity with LIHTC programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated, high-performing leasing team.
• Drive leasing to target occupancy and manage renewals.
• Conduct outreach marketing on campus and with local businesses.
• Coordinate annual marketing plan and keep property knowledge current.
• Support NOI targets and rent collection goals.
