CLS Living in Pensacola, FL seeks an energetic Leasing Manager to be the face of the community, delivering exceptional service to residents and prospective tenants. You will drive leasing performance, support team development, and contribute to a welcoming, service-oriented office environment.

Responsibilities include leadership, marketing outreach, market research, and maintaining accurate records. A Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing is preferred, plus proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2-5 years in student or multifamily housing.
• Experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing leasing team.
• Drive leasing to achieve target occupancy (goal 99%).
• Coordinate campus and local business outreach and events.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software.
• Support budget, marketing strategy, and scheduling to meet NOI targets.
