Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing operations at the property. You will lead the leasing team, set goals with the Community Manager, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will implement marketing plans, supervise staff, and ensure lease documentation and compliance with company policies. A strong focus on retention and competitive property knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management and achieving occupancy goals.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Ensure leasing techniques are effective and leases are signed with proper documentation.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence and accuracy.
• Address resident complaints and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and events.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Assist in developing annual marketing plan and budget.
• Implement marketing campaigns to generate traffic and optimize occupancy.
• Monitor leasing and renewal progress and provide support where needed.
• Supervise leasing/renewal events and ensure property knowledge is up to date.
• Maintain property appearance and oversee timely repairs and inspections.
