Job summary

CLS Living is seeking an energetic Leasing Manager to be the face of our community, delivering exceptional customer service and driving leasing performance for high occupancy. You will support staff development, manage marketing initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with residents and university partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and a proactive, service‑oriented approach in a dynamic, people‑first environment at CLS Living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
• Familiarity with market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus.
• Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to cultivate a motivated, high-performing team.
• Drive leasing and marketing efforts to achieve target occupancy.
• Deliver first-class resident service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain records in property management software and manage leases.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and revenue optimization.
