Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, working with the Community Manager to set goals and drive occupancy. Lead the leasing team and ensure effective leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

Responsibilities include strategic leasing, staff training, marketing plan development, and ensuring policy compliance, with daily on-site presence and strong focus on tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management and regular on-site attendance.
• Audit all lease files to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs (e.g., resident functions, promotions, newsletters).
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Assist in developing the annual marketing plan and marketing budget.
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress and provide weekly market survey reports.

Education
