Job summary

Core Spaces seeks a Community Leasing Manager to lead onsite leasing teams and execute strategies that drive occupancy, traffic conversion, and revenue. You will guide Leasing Associates and Community Concierges, shape pricing and promotions, and align leasing activities with property goals.

Responsibilities include coaching, hiring input, training, and ensuring compliant operations. The role requires readiness for peak periods and strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance resident

Qualifications

• 2 years of property management or related experience
• Proven track record driving leasing performance (occupancy, conversion, revenue)
• Ability to lead, coach, and influence team performance
• Experience in hiring, training and performance management
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate into strategies
• Independent judgment in fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing staff, schedule, coach and develop
• Participate in hiring decisions and evaluations
• Develop and implement leasing/marketing strategies
• Analyze leasing data and adjust strategies
• Partner with Property Manager to align goals
• Oversee marketing campaigns, events and outreach
• Manage daily leasing operations and ensure compliance
• Maintain leasing/marketing reporting
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and HR tasks
• Be available for evenings and weekends; lift up to 50 lbs
