The role oversees leasing, maintenance oversight, and strategic reporting to regional leadership, while upholding Olympus core values of care, teamwork, trust, family, and fun.

Formación

• Minimum 2 Years of multifamily Property Manager experience; Luxury A-Class experience preferred
• RealPage/Knock/Onesite Software experience strongly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee budgets and financials for the property
• Manage and coach onsite staff, including office and maintenance
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections with Regional leadership
• Complete annual asset business plans and budget forecasts
• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts
• Monitor compliance and safety across the community
• Report financials and provide insights to owners and investors
• Coordinate vendor contracts and project management
