Qualifications

• Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or cross-trained Leasing Consultant.
• Educational Assistance & Tuition Reimbursement is available.
• Experience with resident services and leasing activities is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support residents and manage daily office operations and financial records.
• Assist leasing team with showing apartments and resident services.
• Participate in resident retention efforts and community events.
• Manage rental collections and ensure timely deposits.
• Filling in for the Business Manager during absences as needed.
