Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the on-site leasing team at a multifamily community. You will drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations to achieve occupancy goals and maximize resident satisfaction.

The role requires supervising staff, training on pricing, and ensuring timely paperwork like leases and move-ins. Weekend availability and collaboration with maintenance are required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 years’ experience in Leasing capacity – Preferred
• 2 years’ experience in supervisory role – Preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Adobe, Property Management Software, PopCard or LTS experience

Responsibilities

• Close sales by scheduling appointments, tours, and follow-ups
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within the marketing plan
• Present a favorable image of the community to meet objectives
• Retain residents through events and after-hours hosting when needed
• Prepare all lease, move-in, and move-out paperwork promptly
• Attend regular goal-setting meetings and manage leasing staff
• Train and evaluate leasing team and provide pricing feedback
• Greet, qualify, and assist prospects with applications and deposits
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Obtain Community Manager approval and inform applicants of status
• Show apartments, close sales, and orient new residents
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement
• Conduct market research and update Radix or equivalent
• Manage renewals, notices, and move-out data in PM software
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold standards
• Coordinate with maintenance on service requests
