Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Experience in leasing or sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, or in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
