Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team at an apartment community in Carrollton, TX, driving leasing, marketing and resident relations while closing sales and maintaining a positive property image.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 4 years leasing experience and 2 years in a supervisory role, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and property management software. On-site role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years’ experience in Leasing capacity – Preferred
• 2 years’ experience in supervisory role – Preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Adobe, Property Management Software, PopCard or LTS experience

Responsibilities

• Conducts all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining show rooms, and any follow-up necessary
• Utilize marketing strategies to ensure traffic within the limitations of the Marketing Budget and the Marketing Plan
• Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
• Focuses on securing resident retention through events and hosting functions as needed
• Completes all necessary paperwork for leases, move-ins, and peak periods in a timely manner
• Oversees leasing staff, including training, development, evaluation, and rewards
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, adhering to Fair Housing requirements
• Keep updated availability reports, process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare for move-ins, and provide community orientation
• Maintain social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement
