The Lewis Group of Companies is hiring a Leasing Manager for Homecoming at Creekside in Natomas. You will lead a team of Leasing Consultants to drive occupancy, coach staff, and refine leasing strategies while ensuring top-notch resident service.

Role emphasizes leadership, sales discipline, and market awareness as you coordinate marketing, outreach, and closing activities across the community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment or residential leasing required.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities within a sales-driven environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with OneSite, AMSI, or Rent Roll is a plus.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor your team of Leasing Consultants to achieve occupancy and sales goals.
• Ensure effective and consistent leasing presentations, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
• Develop and implement property marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Manage guest interactions, prospect databases, and appointment scheduling to ensure timely and professional communication.
• Oversee training for Leasing Consultants and provide ongoing support to ensure team success.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to optimize leasing operations and meet community objectives.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, customer care, and visual presentation throughout the leasing office and model homes.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
