Job summary

Lewis Apartment Communities is seeking a Leasing Manager for its Natomas community, a 626-unit resort-style property in Sacramento. You will lead a team of Leasing Consultants, drive occupancy through effective presentations, and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.

You will manage guest interactions, maintain professional office standards, and stay abreast of market trends, pricing, and competitors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment or residential leasing.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); OneSite, AMSI, or Rent Roll a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor your team of Leasing Consultants to achieve occupancy and sales goals.
• Ensure effective leasing presentations, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
• Develop and implement property marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Manage guest interactions, prospect databases, and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee training for Leasing Consultants and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to optimize leasing operations and meet community objectives.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, customer care, and visual presentation.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
