Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Leasing Consultant in multifamily housing.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory, leasing leadership, marketing, or related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and social media; experience with Yardi/Entrata is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing activities, ensure follow-up, strong closing, and great customer service.
• Show units, lease, and welcome prospective residents as needed.
• Maintain pricing, availability, and marketing updates accurately.
• Oversee rental applications and ensure compliance with Trinity standards.
• Develop marketing plans to maintain high occupancy and lead on-site/off-site campaigns.
• Lead on resident events, community outreach, and retention initiatives.
• Coach and develop the leasing team to meet occupancy and sales goals.
