Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws recommended.
• 2+ years as a Leasing Consultant in multifamily housing; 1+ year in supervisory/leadership role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media; experience with Yardi/Entrata is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing activities with strong follow-up and close rates.
• Show, lease, and welcome prospects; ensure unit availability and pricing accuracy.
• Manage rental applications and ensure Trinity standards compliance.
• Develop and monitor marketing plans to maintain occupancy; manage on-site and off-site marketing.
