Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing goals and ensuring a seamless resident experience. You will grow your career in multifamily property management and help foster a welcoming, thriving community.

The role involves leasing, marketing, move-in coordination, and strong customer service, with potential for weekend availability and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certifications a plus (e.g. Fair Housing laws).
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Manage daily unit availability and maintenance requests; support admin tasks as needed.
