Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to become the face of the property, delivering exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals. You will create a seamless experience for prospective and current residents and contribute to vibrant communities.

The role offers growth in multifamily property management, with responsibilities spanning leasing, resident experience, and administrative support. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications (e.g. Fair Housing laws) are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files and update unit availability daily.
• Support administrative duties, phone support, and overall operations.
