Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager for our Texas community. You will promote leasing, drive retention, and optimize occupancy while delivering exceptional resident service. The role emphasizes a customer-service approach to influence visitors, prospects, and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Fair Housing Certification, willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards and files.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Property Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per SIMC procedures and Fair Housing.
• Update availability reports and process applications for approvals.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and follow up on notices.
• Monitor advertising effectiveness and file market information.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Accept rental payments and forward to Assistant Community Manager.
• Input lease data into the Yardi system and obtain signatures.
• Assist management with additional tasks and enforce community policies.
