You will market to prospective residents, train leasing consultants, manage applications, and coordinate move-in coordination with maintenance — delivering excellent customer service and community experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year in residential leasing/management.
• Experience with revenue management systems.
• Experience with Yardi or similar PMS.
• Experience with customer reputation tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rentals, move-ins/outs, and renewals.
• Market to prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Train leasing consultants and coach performance.
• Review applications and ensure accurate information and payments.
• Coordinate marketing and advertising activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic and lease records.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance and inspect units.
