Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with property management software like Yardi are preferred. Weekends are required, rotating with the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Leasing Consultant in property management or real estate.
• Experience managing leases for high-volume properties.
• Strong knowledge of leasing regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage leases for prospective and existing residents.
• Coordinate property tours, follow-ups, and CRM/database updates.
• Process rental applications and execute lease agreements.
• Prepare lease documentation and coordinate move-ins.
