Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing for our property portfolio. You will work with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop strategic plans to meet occupancy targets.

The role requires leading the leasing team, driving traffic through campaigns, and maintaining strong resident relations. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with experience in housing or property management highly valued.

Qualifications

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property.
• Lead leasing team to achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence and accuracy.
• Maintain resident relations and address concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual leasing goals and budgets with the Community Manager.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure effective leasing and renewals.
• coordinate marketing campaigns and showings to drive traffic.
• Ensure accurate lease documentation and reporting systems.
• Assist in resident retention programs and events.
