Job summary

Weidner Apartment Homes seeks a seasoned Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and renewal goals for Villas at Preston Lakes. You will lead a team, manage tours, convert inquiries to leases, and coordinate timely applications.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate traffic tracking and coordination with the Community Director. You will support budget-focused leasing strategies, analyze market data, and oversee renovations and model suites to ensure rentals meet Weidner’s standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leasing experience with outstanding customer service skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with motivation to learn & contribute daily.
• Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text.
• Must have working knowledge of English; detail oriented and well organized.
• Prompt, regular attendance; wear company dress code/uniform & maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage marketing tour path, target viewing apartments; ensure rent-ready apartments, model homes and community amenities are impeccable.
• Manage responses of resident and prospective resident calls and emails; monitor traffic and input daily.
• Tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm and facilitate the application process.
• Assist with monthly financial performance reports and budgeting support.
• Manage and negotiate lease renewals to promote resident retention.
• Complete market analysis and shop competitive properties monthly; implement marketing and leasing strategies.
