Job summary

Weidner Apartment Homes seeks a Leasing Consultant to connect with prospective and current residents, delivering a warm, energetic service and guiding tours to showcase communities and amenities.

You will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals, handle applications promptly, and maintain Weidner’s quality standards while working with residents, staff and vendors in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn and contribute.
• Professional communication via phone, email, and text.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Yardi and Paycom.

Responsibilities

• Showcase community through tours and model apartments to drive leasing.
• Respond promptly to calls and emails from residents and prospects.
• Process applications promptly and communicate results respectfully.
• Maintain marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with residents, staff, and vendors following Weidner standards.
