Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Manager at Villas of Bulverde. You will oversee leasing operations, maintain high occupancy, and support daily community functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional demeanor, appearance and work ethic
• Willingness to work some weekends

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and support revenue goals
• Manage rent collection, posting, and late notices
• Assist with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests
• Support managerial duties and daily operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and documents
• Prepare reports and leasing paperwork
• Assist in maintaining social media presence to increase visibility and traffic
• Coach and develop the Leasing Agent to improve performance
• Provide exceptional service to residents and prospective renters
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and onsite team for community success
