The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail while delivering excellent customer service to residents, associates and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn & contribute daily.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Yardi and Paycom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and show target viewing apartments.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly; convert inquiries to tours.
• Process applications promptly and maintain timely communication with applicants.
