Qualifications

• 3+ years of leasing experience with outstanding customer service skills
• Prior management experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with motivation to learn and contribute
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of leasing processes and customer follow-up procedures

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing tour path, target viewing apartments and ensure rent-ready units
• Manage display, mini-model items, placement and presentation
• Answer calls, book tours, input leasing traffic daily
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries via calls and emails
• Conduct tours with energy and the Weidner standard and facilitate applications
• Design plans to improve conversion ratios for leasing staff
• Process applications promptly and communicate results to applicants
• Collaborate with Community Director to review leasing performance and strategy
• Support budget, revenue management, and expense control through reporting
• Coordinate daily leasing team activities and maintain compliance with policies
