Middleburg Communities is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead apartment leasing operations under the Property Manager. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, revenue monitoring, and maintaining a quality resident environment.

You will manage leasing office administration, input OneSite data, and support profitability while fostering a positive team culture across the property. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of leasing/property management experience, or 4-year degree with 1-year leasing experience.
• Proficient with Office365, Outlook, and Excel; able to use property management software confidently.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of apartment leasing operations and leasing office administration.
• Input OneSite data, manage rent collection, delinquencies, and bank deposits; contact residents for overdue rent.
• Assist in achieving revenue goals, occupancy targets, and market incentives; monitor property's financial performance.
• Prepare payroll reporting, A/R, A/P, and monthly variance reports; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
