Qualifications

• 1-year customer service or sales experience; leasing experience a plus
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
• RealPage experience preferred; basic Windows computer skills
• Knowledge of property management software and internet navigation

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including showings and move-in paperwork
• Generate interest in the community by touring with prospects and answering questions
• Maintain market and community knowledge; conduct regular market surveys
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and leasing activities
• Develop and monitor referral programs and outreach efforts
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals
