Job summary

Middleburg Communities is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process, assist with resident relations, and drive occupancy at a Virginia property. You will tour the community, qualify prospects, show apartments, and process move‑in paperwork to company standards.

You will use RealPage/OneSite to track availability, respond to inquiries, and support renewal activity, with a focus on excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-year customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including showing apartments and preparing move‑in paperwork.
• Generate interest by touring property and answering questions about amenities and local community.
• Maintain market knowledge and track activity using on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases and renewals.
• Ensure timely entry of data into the system.
