Job summary

Middleburg Communities is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to enhance resident service and support daily community operations, leasing, collections, and financial reporting. The role supports the Community Manager and serves as acting manager in their absence.

You will manage rent collection, delinquencies, and OneSite inputs, while assisting with leasing activities, renewals, market knowledge, and compliance with housing regulations. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Assistant Manager experience in property management, hospitality, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and daily deposits.
• Assist Leasing team with tours, leases, renewals, and rental policies.
• Prepare financial reporting, A/R, A/P, and budget variance documents.
• Maintain payroll reporting and timecard edits.
• Provide excellent resident service and on-call support as needed.
