Job summary

Middleburg Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to enhance resident services and support community operations, leasing, collections, and financial reporting. You will assist in the absence of the Community Manager and help lead a service-focused team.

The role emphasizes leasing activity, revenue performance, and cross-functional collaboration with property staff, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of Assistant Manager experience.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Input OneSite data and generate A/R, A/P and variance reports.
• Manage rent collection and delinquencies; monitor occupancy and ancillary income.
• Tour prospective residents and prepare lease documents; manage renewals.
• Assist in recruiting, coaching, and developing team members.
